Dr Ephraim Nsoh, Upper East Regional Minister at the weekend gave the
assurance that he would not be “an armed chair Regional Minister” but
rather strive to promote the development of the area.
He said plans are far advanced to bring technocrats and other
knowledgeable people together to draw up a development blue print for
