Mr Alikem Tamakloe, Volta Regional Director of
the Ghana Library Authority (GLA) has appealed to Municipal and District
Assemblies in the region to input library services development into
their educational planning.
He said the GLA had the expertise and was ready to scale up library
development activities in the districts if the assemblies gave it some
financial support.
Mr Tamakloe, who spoke to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at the weekend said, the GLA has the technical and management expertise in the handling of modular ICT trainings and could be of support to the youth in and out of school, interested in acquiring knowledge.read more at http://dagbonweb.com/
