Police intercepts trucks smuggling subsidised fertilizer into Burkina Faso

Police in Bawku have intercepted two trucks carrying two thousand bags of government subsidised fertilizer they believe were being smuggled to neighboring Burkina Faso.

The trucks which took off from Tema were to offload in Tamale. But Police say when the trucks reached Tamale, documentations on the fertilizer were changed and the drivers instructed to continue to Bawku. CONT READING AT
