Regional minister, NRSC worried about ‘‘killer’’ motor tricycles in U/W region

Upper West Regional Minister, Dr. Ephraim Avea Nsoh, and the National Road Safety Commission have expressed worry about the increasing number of people who lose their lives through motor accidents, especially through tricycles.
