NGO donates educational materials to orphans in Upper East

The AIDS Orphans Support Centre, a non-governmental Organization (NGO), has donated food items, soap and school uniforms. to orphans in Zebilla in the Bawku West District, and Sumbrungu in the Bolgatanga Municipality.

Madam Hannah Arongo , Project Coordinator of the NGO, disclosed this to the GNA in an interview at Sumbrungu on Wednesday.

She said the NGO would continue to work to improve the standards of living of people affected by HIV/AIDS and to encourage them so that they could live longer.

Madam Arongo commended the Ghana AIDS Commission and the Mission of Hope and the Adventist Development Relief Agency for helping the vulnerable.cont.reading
